Shaping the Future of Hospitality Through Mentorship
Founded in 2024, Raise the Bar Mentorship Alliance is the Collective’s flagship program. It pairs rising talent in the hospitality industry with experienced mentors to create projects that have lasting impact.
Over the course of six months, mentees receive:

Guidance from seasoned mentors in leadership, business, and advocacy.

Training in strategic goal-setting, time management, project design, grant writing, and presentation skills.

Opportunities to present their projects to industry leaders and compete for grant funding.
Raise the Bar has grown to include applicants from the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and several Caribbean nations — creating a global network rooted in mutual respect, accountability, and collective growth.
